DESCRIPTION

• The synthetic leather sheet comes separate from the hip flask, allowing you to personalise it independently
• Capacity of 240 ml, with an ideal size for storing in pockets
• Screw cap with hinged arm. Easy to open and close
• The body of the hip flask has adhesive to attach the personalised sheet
• It comes in a cardboard white box
• They can also be personalised using other techniques such as laser engraving, direct UV printing, vinyl, transfer and DTF

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 160 ºC
• Place the printed side of the paper onto the faux leather sheet and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 90 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated sheet
• Carefully remove the paper
• Remove the protective paper from the adhesive on the hip flask and attach the sheet
