DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• It is advisable to secure the film to the transparent tab of the reel with adhesive tape to prevent it from coming out when extracted
• The sublimable film has a protective transparent film on each side. Remove it before sublimating

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Print images with monuments and cityscapes to create an original souvenir

TEMPLATE FOR PERSONALISATION

To view the key ring template, open the PDF file using Photoshop. Remember to activate the layers:

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the designs in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the protective film from both sublimable sides of the film
• Place the film on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the white side you want to personalise. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the process with the other side
• Assemble the sublimated film inside the reel

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert the narrow end of the sublimated film under the transparent tab of the reel
2. Secure the film and the tab with adhesive tape to ensure it does not come out when extracted
3. Insert the key into the end of the reel where the chain is attached and turn it to roll the film
4. You can also manually turn the end of the reel to roll the photos
5. Turn the key until all the film is stored inside the reel
6. Unroll and roll the film as many times as you wish
7. Attach the ring to keys, a bag, wallet, etc. and you're done!
