RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place protective paper inside the case and the printed side of the paper on the area to be sublimated
- Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Cover the outside of the case with protective paper
- Close the press at medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated case from the press
- Carefully remove the paper
