DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The customisable face has a protective film that must be removed before sublimation. Some magnets include an additional layer of paper for further surface protection. It can be easily removed

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Peel off the transparent plastic film protecting the sublimable face of the magnet
- Place the magnet on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the magnet. Secure them with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated magnet
- Carefully remove the paper
- Remove the protective paper from the adhesive sheet and stick it to the back of the magnet
