DESCRIPTION

• Glossy white sublimatable front. Magnetic back
• Magnetic jigsaw puzzles with rounded corners
• Supplied assembled on a cardboard base and inside a transparent bag with adhesive closure

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Once sublimated, carefully separate the puzzle pieces using a craft knife to make disassembly easier
• You can stick the puzzle onto a magnetic sheet attached to a wooden base to present or deliver it to your customers without the pieces moving. The magnetic sheet and wooden base should be the same size as the magnetic puzzle

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 150 ºC
• Place the puzzle on the press base and the printed side of the paper on top of the puzzle. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 220 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed magnets
• Carefully remove the paper
• Place the magnets on a flat surface until they cool down to prevent deformation
• Once cool, place a weight on them to make them completely flat
