THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Magnets Ref. 009460 are pre-cut on an A4 sheet with 15 hearts per sheet
• The rest of the references are supplied individually

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline only. We recommend carrying out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

INDIVIDUALS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 160 ºC
• Pre-press for 3-4 seconds to remove moisture
• Place the magnet on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper onto the white side. Secure with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 50 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed magnets
• Carefully remove the paper
• Place the magnets on a flat surface until they cool to prevent deformation
• Allow the magnets to cool by placing weight on top or by cold pressing for 10 seconds

A4 SHEET - REF. 009460

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 150 ºC
• Remove the magnets from the A4 sheet and place them individually on the base plate of the press. Place the printed side of the paper onto each magnet
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 220 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed magnets
• Carefully remove the paper
• Place the magnets on a flat surface until they cool to prevent deformation
• Once cool, place weight on top to ensure they remain completely flat
