RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out prior tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
INDIVIDUALS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 160 ºC
- Pre-press for 3-4 seconds to remove moisture
- Place the magnet on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the white surface. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 50 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed magnets
- Carefully remove the paper
- Place the magnets on a flat surface until they cool to prevent warping
- Allow the magnets to cool by placing weight on top or by cold post-pressing for 10 seconds
A4 SHEET - REF. 009460
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 150 ºC
- Remove the magnets from the A4 sheet and place them individually on the base plate of the press. Place the printed side of the paper on each magnet
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 220 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed magnets
- Carefully remove the paper
- Place the magnets on a flat surface until they cool to prevent warping
- Once cool, place weight on them to make them completely flat
