LUNCH BAGS
- Suitcase lunch boxes for boys and girls perfect for personalising for back to school
- Sticker on the reverse side to attach the sublimated film
- 2 internal compartments, one for food and one specially designed for the bottle
- Fixed handle for carrying in the hand

BOTTLE
- Not microwave safe

- Opens and closes easily by screwing the cap
- Includes an anti-spill "push-pull" liquid dispenser with a white plastic tooth protector
- Withstands temperatures between -20 °C and 60 °C
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The customisable aluminium plate or sheet has a clear plastic protective film that must be removed before sublimation
- The plate fits in only one position. Make sure the design matches the correct orientation and corners before sublimation

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Remove the clear plastic protective film from the aluminium sheet
- Check that the design matches the shape of the sheet
- Place the sheet on the lower platen of the press
- Position the previously printed design on the sheet
- Close the press at medium pressure for 45 seconds
- Remove the newly printed sheet using a protective glove
- Peel off the paper carefully
