DESCRIPTION

• Ideal as a personalised gift for special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, anniversaries, birthdays...
• Base of the letter "O" in the pendant with adhesive to fix the aluminium plate
• Sublimable plate on the white side, glossy finish. Non-sublimable silver colour on the reverse
• Can also be personalised with laser engraving on the back of the pendant

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The sublimable side of the plate is covered with a protective film. It must be removed before sublimating
• It is recommended to carefully attach the plate to the base. Once adhered, it may break if you try to remove it
• Additional plates are 0.2 mm smaller than the one included in the pendant
• The chain and the pendant cannot be separated

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Laser engrave dates or names on the back of the medal and add colour with solid wax (See Related Products)

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the protective plastic from the white side of the plate
• Place the plate on the press with the printed side of the paper on the white side of the plate. Secure with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
• Carefully remove the paper
