DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only . It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180 ºC
- Remove the protective plastic film from one side of the oven keyring
- Place the keyring on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper on the keyring. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
- Cover with protective paper
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the keyring freshly sublimated
- Carefully peel off the paper
- Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the keyring if desired
