RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only . It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 180 ºC
Remove the protective plastic film from one side of the oven keyring
Place the keyring on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper on the keyring. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
Cover with protective paper
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the keyring freshly sublimated
Carefully peel off the paper
Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the keyring if desired
