RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Remove the film protecting the panel on the white side
- Place the panel on the press and the printed design on the panel. Secure with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 45-60 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel
- Carefully remove the paper
