DESCRIPTION

• Matte white sublimable face
• White rounded edges
• Hole for inserting a ribbon to hang the air fresheners
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as laser engraving, DTF, screen printing, textile vinyl, and embroidery

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• During sublimation, the thickness and size of the felt piece may slightly reduce due to the pressure and heat applied (approx. 1 mm). We recommend conducting tests before starting production
• Does not include hanging ribbon. Various options can be purchased in Related Products
• The felt is not scented and should be fragranced after sublimation

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the felt on the press plate and the printed side of the paper on the felt
• We advise sublimating with medium-high pressure for 60-80 seconds
• Use a protective glove to remove the freshly printed felt
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the process on the other side if desired
