DESCRIPTION

• Compact design, perfect for carrying in pockets, backpacks or wallets. Protects cards from bending and wear
• Push-up sliding system for quick and organised card removal. Allows you to quickly see the card you wish to use
• Features an internal retention system that keeps cards secure and prevents them from sliding out, even if only 1 card is inside
• Both sides of the card holder have adhesive for attaching the already personalised plate
• Rigid black plastic structure
• Sublimatable plates on the white side. Silver reverse is not sublimatable
• Presented in a black cardboard box

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The sublimatable side of the plates is covered with a protective film. This must be removed before sublimating
• It is recommended to carefully fix the plate to the base. Once attached, it may break if you try to remove it
• Capacity will depend on the thickness and relief of the cards. It is estimated to hold up to 8 standard cards

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the protective film from the customisable side of the plate
• Place the plate on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the plate. Secure with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
• Carefully remove the paper
• Peel off the protective paper covering the adhesives on the card holder and attach the personalised plate
