DESCRIPTION

• Ideal for bus fleets, taxis or any company vehicle
• Sewn and stretchable fabric that fits any standard car seat headrest
• Can also be personalised with other techniques such as DTF, DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, HTV and screen printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• We recommend partial sublimation of the cover. If the sublimation is complete, the seam area may remain white when stretched during placement

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine washable at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
• Do not bleach or dry clean
• Air dry preferably

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

The instructions detailed below correspond to complete sublimation. Leave the seam area out for partial sublimation.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 190 ºC
• Place a piece of paper or thin cardboard inside the cover to prevent the ink from transferring from one side to the other during pressing
• Place the cover on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against the cover
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
• Remove the newly printed cover using a protective glove
• Peel off the paper carefully
