DESCRIPTION
- Made from zinc alloy, silver in colour with a shiny finish
- Only the white side of the aluminium plate is sublimable
- Reverse side with non-sublimable bottle opener
- Keyring base with adhesive to fix the sublimated plate
- Delivered in an individual cardboard box
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The customisable side of the plate has a protective film that must be removed before sublimating
- It is recommended to carefully fix the plate to the base. Once adhered, it may break if you try to remove it

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Remove the protective film covering the aluminium plate
- Place the plate on the press and the printed side of the paper on the white side of the plate. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press at medium pressure for 45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated plate
- Carefully remove the paper
- Peel off the protective paper covering the adhesive and attach the customised plate
