DESCRIPTION

• Shiny silver-coloured metal
• Flat bottle opener for crown caps
• Sublimable plate on the white side. Non-sublimable silver-coloured reverse
• Keyring base with adhesive covered by a liner, to attach the plate after sublimation
• Rotating metal ring
• Can also be personalised by laser engraving on the reverse of the keyring

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The sublimable side of the sheet is covered by a protective film. It must be removed before sublimation
• It is recommended to carefully attach the plate to the base. Once adhered, it may break if attempted to remove

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the protective film covering the aluminium sheet
• Place the printed design on the sheet. Secure them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Close the press at a medium pressure for 45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated sheet
• Carefully remove the paper from the sheet. Wait for it to cool down
• Remove the protective paper from the adhesive base of the keyring
• Place the sheet on the keyring. Press until it is secure
