THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimating, keep in mind that the towel colours will blend with the image you want to print, altering its hue. It is recommended to use a dark design to minimise this effect
• Due to their size, they are perfect as promotional gifts for spas, sports events, and gyms

DIMENSIONS

WASHING AND DRYING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wash with mild detergent at a maximum temperature of 40ºC
• Do not dry-clean
• Do not use bleach
• Air dry

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 190-200ºC
• Place the towel on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper against it. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press at medium pressure for 35-45 seconds
• Remove the newly sublimated towel using a protective glove
• Peel off the paper carefully
