DESCRIPTION

  • Set of 6 stackable mugs: they fit together thanks to their narrower base
  • Food safe. BPA Free
  • Can be sublimated using a mug press
  • Square handle
  • Lightweight, durable, and reusable. They do not break easily
  • The set comes in an individual white cardboard presentation box
  • Can also be customised using other techniques such as UV printing, adhesive vinyl or UV DTF

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • To personalise them, a mould is required to maintain the shape of the mugs during pressing. Adjust the pressure to ensure a good transfer without deforming them
  • The metal mould is placed inside the mugs and must be removed while hot. This piece is reusable
  • Using an oven for sublimation is not recommended

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the press to 160 ºC
  • Place the printed side of the paper around the mug and adhere it with heat-resistant tape
  • Insert the mould inside the mug and ensure it is fully seated to the bottom
  • Place the mug in the mug press and close it with medium pressure for 200 seconds. Ensure the pressure is not excessive to avoid deformation and leaks in the print
  • Using a thermal glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug and extract the mould while still hot
  • Carefully remove the paper
