DESCRIPTION
- Food safe, Bisphenol-A free. CE approved and FDA certified
- Customisable throughout outer surface with press for mugs using heating elements of 11 oz and a metal insert
- Lightweight, durable and reusable. Does not break easily

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The mugs come with “stitching” marks, both on the handle and on its outer surface
- To personalise it, it requires the use of a metal insert or mould that prevents its deformation by heat during the sublimation process. This piece is reusable
- The metal insert part is placed inside the mug and prevents it from deforming during the dye sublimation printing. Remove it when cold
- It is not recommended to use a sublimation oven

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given as a guideline. It can vary by many factors such as the paper used, the inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to perform tests.
- Print the design in image mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 °C
- Place the printed side of the paper around the mug and adhere it with thermal adhesive tape
- Insert the metal insert inside the mug
- Place the mug in the press for mugs and close it for 180 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug. Wait until it cools down to remove the insert
- Carefully peel off the paper
