ELECTROSTATIC CUTTING MAT

• With 2 parts: base which is connected to the plotter and cutting mat electrostatic that slides inside the plotter
• It has a conductive net that accumulates static electricity to keep the materials in place.
• Easy to attach. Connects to the front of the plotter, the front must first be removed.
• Allows very thin paper to be cut and removed easily, without tearing or bending it
• Prevents the material from moving out of position without the need of using cutting mats with adhesive
• Includes: 2 replacement adhesive roller protection strips and 1 electrostatic protective sheet, replacement sheets can be purchased separately

PROTECTIVE SHEET

• Protects the surface of the electrostatic bed from potential damage, keeps the material in place and facilitates peeling
• Should be replaced when it starts to lose grip strength on the materials
• Work area of 30.5 x 30.5 cm

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• No additional products no additional adhesive to use
• Be sure to spread the electrostatic sheet electrostatic protection strip over the cutting mat before you start cutting.
• Works on smooth and thin materials only. Thicker, rougher or curved shaped materials will not stay on the electrostatic blanket electrostatic
• The cutting area is smaller than the cutting mat. Only grooved areas
• Replace periodically the roller protection strips (included) of the electrostatic cutting mat electrostatic 

HOW TO REPLACE THE ROLLER PROTECTION STRIPS?

• Move the part of the mobile phone part of the blanket electrostatic until it is completely out
• Turn the electrostatic blanket electrostatic and carefully remove the protective strips
• Attach the replacement protective strips in the same place as the previous ones
