DESCRIPTION

• Makes it easier to clean large surfaces such as glass, shop windows, signs and vehicles for the application of vinyl, film for car wrapping...
• Large capacity pressurised tank. Allows you to work for longer without constant refilling
• Made of stainless steel. Resistant, durable and suitable for water and soapy solutions
• Spray gun with continuous spray option. Enables continuous work without the need to repeatedly press a trigger
• Spray head with 2 positions to regulate liquid flow
• Extendable polyurethane hose. With spray gun and connector to the barrel
• Steel lid with lock and pressure valves:
  
  • Depressurisation valve: safely releases air from inside the barrel before opening
  • Pressure charge valve: introduces air using a compressor (not included) to pressurise the tank

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Requires an air compressor to add pressure to the barrel (not included). You can find options in Related Products
• The barrel has a double hose inlet, but only one hose is included

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Fully release the pressure from the barrel by lifting the depressurisation valve
2. Unscrew the top lid or locking system and check that the sealing gasket is clean
3. Fill the barrel with the desired liquid.
4. Always leave an air gap inside to allow for pressurisation
5. Close the lid correctly and ensure it is fully secured
6. Connect a compressor to the air inlet
7. Gradually introduce air until the recommended pressure is reached
8. Operate the outlet valve or trigger to spray the liquid
9. Adjust the water flow by turning the nozzle on the spray gun

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

• Do not open the barrel while it is pressurised; always release the pressure before handling
• Do not exceed the maximum pressure indicated by the manufacturer (4.8 - 5.5 Bar)
• Do not completely fill the tank; leave an air gap for pressurisation
• Do not use with flammable or corrosive liquids unless the equipment is certified for such use
• Keep away from heat sources and direct sunlight
• Periodically check the condition of valves, hoses and seals
• Use appropriate personal protection according to the liquid used
