RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the protective plastic film from the white part of the insert
Place the insert on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper against it
Press for 40 seconds, medium pressure
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed insert
Carefully peel off the paper
Remove the white paper from the heart and stick the insert
