DESCRIPTION
POLI- FLEX IMAGE DESIGN is an ecologically inert PU (polyurethane) film with animal print patterns for textile transfer.
- The liner is a self-adhesive PET (polyester) film that acts as a carrier
- The 10-metre rolls have a Ø7.5 cm cardboard core
- The raw materials are ecologically inert and do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals in accordance with Oeko-Tex 100
- Made in Germany by Poli-Tape

TRANSFER PARAMETERS
- Knife blade: 45º
- Temperature: 160ºC
- Time: 25 seconds
- Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut your design in mirror image with a cutter plotter
- Weed out your excess vinyl
- Preheat the press to 160ºC
- Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
- Position the vinyl on the garment
- Press for 25 seconds, medium pressure
- Warm peel the liner
WASH RESISTANCE
- Washing resistance: 40ºC max
- Wash inside out
- Suitable for tumble dryer
