DESCRIPTION

• Helps extend the printer’s lifespan by keeping the channels and components clean
• Designed to effectively remove residues with powerful cleaning action
• Formulated to safely clean the xTool Apparel DTF printer without damaging components

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The shelf life of the maintenance solutions is 18 months from the date of manufacture, as indicated by xTool in the following document

MOISTURISING LIQUID (REF. 056799)

• Keeps the printhead moist, improves ink flow and prevents blockages
• 500 ml bottle with pouring spout for refilling the tank without splashing

CLEANING LIQUID (REF. 056800)

• Cleaning solution in a 100 ml bottle. Removes stubborn clogs, ink residues and print quality issues
• Protects the printhead and extends its lifespan, especially after long periods of use or inactivity

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

MOISTURISING LIQUID

1. Remove the cap from the printer’s tank
2. Open the bottle and pour in the liquid
3. Ensure you do not overfill the tank (maximum capacity 1000 ml)
4. Set aside some liquid for regular maintenance

CLEANING LIQUID

1. Switch off the printer
2. Apply the cleaning liquid with swabs or cleaning cloths
3. For deep cleaning, soak the printhead following the manual’s instructions (maximum 1 hour to avoid damage)
4. Run a self-cleaning or self-washing cycle to remove any residue and prepare the printhead for use

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

To maintain product quality and support the 18-month shelf life, products should be stored correctly under the following conditions:

• Temperature: 5 °C - 35 °C (41 °F - 95 °F)
• Relative humidity: 40 % - 80 %
• Protected from direct exposure to light

The 18-month shelf life applies only to products stored in their original, unopened packaging. Once opened, it is recommended to use the product within one month and store it properly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wear gloves to protect the skin during handling
• Keep out of reach of children
• Avoid contact with eyes
