DESCRIPTION

• Side perforations specifically designed for the xTool OS1 oven: ensure the automatic feeding of the film in the vertical oven
• Supports a thick layer of ink: ensures high-quality prints with vivid, sharp, and intense colours
• Instant peel: the film is removed while hot, 5-10 seconds after pressing
• Translucent: allows you to see the design on both sides of the film
• Versatile: suitable for all types of garments, regardless of material or colour
• Unrestricted transfers: apply the film with any heat press that suits your needs

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Single-use film
• The peel must be done while hot. If it cools down, the transfer will not be successful
• Suitable for DTF printers that accept a material width of 39 cm. The side perforations reduce the effective printing width to approximately 36.5 cm

TIPS AND ADVICE

• The non-printable side is shiny and smooth. If you print on this side by mistake, you can remove the ink from the film using a piece of kitchen paper or a napkin
• Use gloves to avoid stains, as fingerprints can affect print quality. The film can easily become dirty

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Print the design with the xTool Apparel printer
• The xTool OS1 oven applies the adhesive powder and cures automatically, with no manual intervention required
• After removing from the oven, trim any excess film if necessary
• Pre-press the garment for a few seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture
• Place the film on the garment
• Press according to the product application parameters
• Peel the film while hot, continuously and without pulling from above

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Store in a cool, dry place. Keep between 26 °C and 28 °C, with relative humidity below 50 %. High humidity may affect print quality
• Avoid direct exposure to sunlight
• Place on clean, flat surfaces when handling
• Keep the storage area clean and free of dust
• Handle with gloves
