DESCRIPTION

  • Perfect to offer in your events catalogue and celebrations. Also as an advertisement in restaurants, wine shops...
  • Suitable for wine bottles of standard size of 750 ml
  • Includes 2 interior wooden pieces. They hold the neck of the wine bottle and prevent it from moving
  • Additional covers made of MDF wood 3 mm thick. They slide easily into the slot
  • The white cover has gloss finish
  • The sublimatable side of the natural wood cover is lighter and softer than the reverse side

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • The white cover has a protective paper on both sides that is easily removed. In addition, the printable side has a film that has to be removed before customising
  • The natural wood cover can have a paper layer that is easily removed
  • The 2 inner pieces should not be glued together to facilitate the insertion of the wine bottle

TIPS AND ADVICE

  • If the sublimable cover does not fit well, gently sand the edges to facilitate its assembly in the box

INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS FOR COVERS

Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

    • Print the design in mirror mode
    • Heat the press to 200 ºC
    • Remove the protective paper from the cover
    • Place the pieces in the press and the printed part of the paper on the cover. Fix them with thermal adhesive tape
    • Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
    • With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated cover
    • Peel off the paper carefully
