DESCRIPTION

• Black plastic cap, BPA Free
• Can be sublimated with a mug heat press using 6-9 oz heating elements. You can also use the 10-11 oz heating element for 600 ml and 800 ml bottles
• Or a sublimation oven using Ref. 034179 (400 ml) or Ref. 034180 (600 ml) clamp, silicone sheets or heat shrink bags
• Reusable, easy to wash, lightweight and very resistant bottles
• With a metal ring and carabiner to attach to a bag or backpack
• Packed in an individual white box

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

WITH A WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200ºC
• Remove the lid from the bottle
• Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
• Put the bottle into the mug press
• Press for 120 seconds, medium-high pressure
• Remove the newly printed bottle using a protective glove
• Carefully peel off the paper

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the oven to 180ºC
• Remove the lid from the bottle
• Stick the printed part of the paper on the bottle with heat-resistant tape
• Place and adjust the wrap around it or slide it in a heat shrink bag and shrink with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate inside the oven for 6 minutes
• Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
• Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
