THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The bamboo wood is not sublimable
- The grain varies from one photo panel to another due to the natural characteristics of bamboo wood
- The customisable side of the plate has a transparent protective plastic film that must be removed before sublimation
- It is recommended to attach the plate to the photo panel with care. Once adhered, it may break if you try to remove it
TIPS AND ADVICE
- Apply solid wax to the engraving for a different metallic finish
- Protect the design from wear or achieve a matt finish by applying protective varnish to the wood

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR THE PLATE
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the protective plastic from the white side of the plate
- Place the plate on the press and the printed side of the paper on the white side of the plate. Secure with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated plate
- Carefully remove the paper
