DESCRIPTION
- Ideal for carrying water and other drinks: to the office, on trips, to school, excursions, the beach, gym, etc.

- Padded, elastic, neoprene-like sleeve with thick stitching. Outer fabric made of polyester with water-repellent DWR treatment, causing water to bead and run off
- Leak-proof screw cap that completely seals the glass bottle and prevents drips

- You can personalise the sleeve by combining sublimation with other techniques such as heat transfer vinyl, transfer or screen printing

- For a full print, we recommend sublimating each side separately in two presses

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests and make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH HEAT PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Place the sleeve flat on the press base. Insert protective paper inside the sleeve to avoid staining the other side
- Place the printed design on the sleeve. Secure it with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
- Close the press and sublimate at medium pressure for 60 - 70 seconds
- Open the press and remove the sublimated sleeve using a protective glove
- Carefully remove the printed paper
- Repeat the process for the other side
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
- Remove the bottle cap
- Insert the bottle into the sleeve and place the printed design around the sleeve. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Place the bottle with the sleeve inside a shrink bag and use a heat gun to shrink it, avoiding wrinkles
- Sublimate for 8 minutes
- Using a protective glove, remove the shrink bag
- Carefully remove the paper from the sleeve and take the sleeve off the bottle
