DESCRIPTION

• Teflon sheets to replace the factory-installed ones on plotters
• Self-adhesive, easy to apply. They adhere to the cutting area of the plotter
• Protect the cutting base of your machine from marks caused by incorrect blade parameter settings

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The 34 x 9 cm Teflon (Ref. 029679) is compatible with Silhouette Portrait 1 and 2, but it must be trimmed to fit

MEASUREMENTS

HOW TO CHANGE THE TEFLON?

1. Disconnect the power cable and USB cable from your plotter
2. Open the lid and remove the blade or tool from the carriage
3. Move the carriage completely to the right side of the machine
4. Remove the current Teflon strip from your machine, ensuring all adhesive residue is cleared from the cutting area
5. Peel off half of the liner from the new Teflon strip and stick it, starting from the left side of the plotter
6. Ensure there is a small gap between the cutting strip and the left edge of the slot
7. The Teflon strip should be completely flat and straight within the slot
8. Pass the right end of the cutting strip under the carriage and move the carriage to the left side of the machine
9. Peel off the remaining liner and place the rest of the Teflon strip in the slot
