DESCRIPTION

- Cylindrical body with two types of handle: one with the male gender symbol and one with the female gender symbol
- Sublimatable on the entire outer surface
- Suitable for customisation with a transfer press using 10 oz elements. Also compatible with a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets or shrink bags
- Can also be customised using other techniques such as DTF, laser engraving, screen printing, transfer and adhesive vinyl

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out prior tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
USING A MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 180-200 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mug
- Carefully remove the paper
USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the sublimation oven to 180 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Fit the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You may also use a silicone sheet
- Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
