RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200ºC
- Place protective paper inside the bag to avoid staining the other side
- Put the bag on the press' lower platen and the paper's printed side against it. Fix them with heat-resistant tape
- Cover with protective paper
- Leave the area where the drawstring is located outside of the press
- Press for 35-45 seconds, medium pressure
- Remove the newly printed bag using a protective glove
- Carefully peel off the paper
- Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side
