DESCRIPTION
- Designed for healthcare staff or health professionals such as doctors, nurses... Also useful for beauticians, chefs...
- Bouffant style cap, unisex cap or bandana, one size fits all
- Two panels sewn together with reinforced seams
- Adjustable with 2 straps to fit the cap to the head circumference
- Elastic band covered with fabric at the back for a better fit
- Inner terry band that absorbs moisture from the forehead
- Suitable for sublimation on the entire surface
- Reusable. Can be washed and reused
- Can also be personalised and combined with other techniques such as embroidery, screen printing, DTG, transfer and heat transfer vinyl

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
- Avoid using bleach
- Air dry
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out prior tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the cap on the cap accessory of the press and the printed side of the design onto the cap. Fix them with heat-resistant tape
- Cover the cap with protective paper
- Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated cap
- Carefully remove the paper
