RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are provided as a guideline. They may vary due to factors such as the type of paper used, inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.

USING A MUG PRESS

Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mug
Carefully remove the paper

USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN

Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the oven to 180 ºC
Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
Adjust the clamp or place the mug in a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
Carefully remove the paper from the mug
