RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
- Remove the freshly printed mug with the help of a protective glove
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the sublimation oven to 180 °C
- Place the printed side of the paper on the mug, secure it with heat-resistant tape, and use a sublimation oven clamp
- Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- After the process, remove the mug with the help of a protective glove
- Carefully remove the paper
