THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The face printable has film plastic and protective paper which must be removed before sublimation. For added protection, the back of some posters includes an additional layer additional paper which is easily removed
- Place the suction cups in the holes of the sign after sublimation

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print on design at mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180-200 °C
- Remove the protective plastic clear covering the printable side from sign
- Place the sign in the press between two protective papers and iron it for 10 seconds. This will remove any humidity that may have been absorbed by the wood
- Place the sign on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on it. Fix them with thermal adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 80-85 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the sign remove the freshly sublimated
- Peel off the paper carefully
- Place the suction cups into the holes so that the sign ready for use
