DESCRIPTION

• Vintage-style lanterns for indoor and outdoor decoration. Ideal as Christmas ornaments, garden lamps...
• Interior LED bulb shaped like a candle with warm light
• Customisable glossy finish sheets on either side
• Rectangular lantern with internal guides to place the glass or already sublimated sheet
• Can be placed on a flat surface or hung by the ring
• Hanging ring: aluminium in the rectangular model and plastic in the round one
• On/off switch at the base

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable sheets have a transparent plastic protective film that must be removed before sublimation
• It is advisable to read the assembly instructions for the already sublimated sheets in the lantern
• Not a toy, contains small parts and batteries, so it is recommended not to be handled by children

ASSEMBLY OF SUBLIMATED SHEETS IN THE LANTERN

Round Lanterns

1. Insert a screwdriver or tool through the holes in the structure and carefully push until the base is released
2. Remove the base of the lantern and slightly bend the customised sheet to insert it inside
3. Ensure the sheet fits well inside the lantern
4. Turn on the light with the switch at the base

Rectangular Lanterns

1. With the help of a cutter, carefully cut the adhesive that keeps the base attached to the lantern structure
2. Insert a screwdriver or tool through the holes in the structure and carefully push until the base is released
3. Remove the base and carefully extract the glass
4. Insert the customised sheets into the guides of the lantern. Reinforce them by adding the glass from the back
5. Turn on the light with the switch at the base

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the protective film from the sheets
• Place the sheet on the base of the press and the printed design on the sheet. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed sheet
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the same process to sublimate the other sheet
• Once you have both sheets sublimated, insert and adjust them inside the lantern or lamp
