DESCRIPTION
- White, padded front panel, suitable for sublimation and DTF
- Adjustable size with a plastic strap and PVC studs for easy opening and closing
- The rear mesh panels allow air to pass through, reducing heat and improving breathability
- Pre-shaped, rigid, curved peak
- One size fits all for boys and girls
- Can also be customised with embroidery, rhinestones, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing, DTG and transfer
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- For DTF customisation, follow the time, temperature and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure you do not exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the cap on the cap press base and the printed side of the paper on the white panel
- Close the press with medium pressure for 30 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated cap
- Carefully remove the paper
