DESCRIPTION

• Sublimatable face of white with gloss finish
• Rounded edges
• Each panel has 2 holes for attaching the cord and hanging
• Can also be personalised using laser engraving

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The face printable has a film protective film clear plastic that has to be removed before sublimation. The film of some photo panels includes an additional layer additional paper to further protect its surface. It is easily removed

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print on design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Peels off the sheet plastic protector from the panel
• Place the panel on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on the panel
• Close the press at medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove remove the panel from printed
• Carefully peel off the paper
