RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters are given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
BOARDS
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 180ºC
Remove the protective film from the board
Place the board on the press' lower platen and the paper's printed side against it. Fix them with heat-resistant tape
Press for 80-100-120 seconds (depending on the board’s size), medium-heavy pressure
With the help of a protective glove, take out the finished sublimated board
Carefully peel off the paper
GAME PIECES
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 190ºC
Remove the protective film
Place the jig or the game pieces on the press' lower platen and the paper's printed side against any of them. Fix them with heat-resistant tape
Press for 50-60 seconds, medium pressure
Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed jig or game pieces
Carefully peel off the paper

No se si es que no le cojo el punto pero a mi, personalmente me dan mal resultado. El recubrimiento de plástico se separa de la madera, estropeando el tablero. Estarían mejor si fueran como los Llaveros plástico FRP sublimable.
