DESCRIPTION

COVERS

• Front side made with reversible sequins: one side is white and the other is the chosen colour
• Front side with sublimable sequin fabric and back side with microfibre
• Side closure with invisible zip
• Sequins sewn in a mermaid scale style. They reverse by moving them with your hand from top to bottom

FILLING

• Exterior made of non-woven fabric (TST), 100% polypropylene
• Interior made of hollow conjugated siliconised fibre, 100% polyester
• Increase the volume or firmness of the filling by purchasing fibre separately. See in Related Products
• Delivered vacuum packed

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• It is recommended to print only on the white side of the sequin
• When customising the cover to full size, the print may be slightly defective at the edges. It is advisable to leave a small margin unprinted

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Washable by hand or in a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30ºC
• Do not use bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not tumble dry

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 190 ºC
• Place the cover on the press base. Ensure only the white side of the sequin (sublimable side) is visible
• Place the printed side of the paper in contact with the white side of the sequin. Secure them with heat tape to prevent movement
• Close the press with medium pressure for 30 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed cover
• Carefully remove the paper
