DESCRIPTION

• Hole in the top star to insert a hanging loop. In Related Products, you will find satin ribbons to help you complete this ornament
• High-quality gloss finish with laser-cut black edges
• White side of the base is sublimable
• You can also personalise these using other techniques such as laser engraving, transfer, vinyl and DTF

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Customisable faces have a clear plastic protective film that needs to be removed before sublimation. The film on some Christmas ornaments includes an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Easily removable
• When laser engraved, the final result will be the same colour as the wood

TIPS & TRICKS

• Sublimate and laser engrave them. Use jute twine for a rustic finish
• Put the trees on stands and offer them in your catalogue as original place cards for Christmas lunches and dinners

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 180 °C
• Remove the transparent plastic film from the ornament
• Place it on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against it
• Press for 60 seconds, medium pressure
• Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed ornament
• Carefully peel off the paper
