DESCRIPTION

• Anti-pilling treatment to prevent "bobbling" on the fabric
• Edges finished with blanket stitch
• Easy to carry and store when folded. Includes fastening straps with Velcro fastening and handle
• Can also be personalised using other techniques such as screen printing, transfer, HTV and embroidery

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Although it can be sublimated on both sides, it is recommended to do so on only one side. This is because the fabric is not very thick, and a design with dark colours may contaminate the design on the other side

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200 °C
• Place the blanket on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against the blanket
• Cover with protective paper
• Close the press with medium pressure for 40–50 seconds
• Remove the newly printed blanket using a protective glove
• Peel off the paper carefully

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 °C
• Tumble dry at low temperature
• For dry cleaning, use perchloroethylene
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron
