RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Keep the non-sublimatable part of the front side out of the press. If this is not possible, you can cover it with a piece of thick paper or cardboard to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during pressing
- To avoid damaging the wallet's magnetic clasp, place a piece of fabric under the magnet to cushion the pressure from the press
- Place the wallet flap on the press base and the printed side of the paper on top of the flap. Secure with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Make sure the heat-resistant adhesive tape does not touch the faux leather, as it may peel off when removed
- Close the press at medium pressure for 60 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated wallet
- Carefully remove the paper
