DESCRIPTION
- With 2 compartments:
- 1 with press-stud fastening: 12 small slots and 3 large slots
- 1 with zip closure: 1 coin pocket with zip closure and 2 large rectangular compartments for notes, coupons...
- Handle for easy carrying. Can be easily removed by opening the carabiner
- Eyelet to attach the strap and any other decorative ornament.
- You can also personalise it by combining the dye sublimation printing with other techniques such as UV direct printing, screen printing and textil vinyl
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Leave the non-sublimatable part of the front flap out of the plate. If this is not possible, cover it with heat tape, a piece of thick paper or cardboard to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during printing
- Make sure the heat seal tape does not touch the leatherette as you may tear it off when peeling it off

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated as for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 °C
- Protect the non-sublimatable parts of the flap with paper and make sure to leave them out of the plate
- Place the wallet flap on the base of the plate and the printed part of the paper on the flap. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
- Make sure that the thermal adhesive tape does not touch the leather-like fabric of the wallet because you could tear it off when you peel it off
- Close the iron with medium pressure for 45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove remove the freshly printed wallet
- Carefully remove the paper
