THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Leave the non-sublimatable part of the front flap out of the plate. If this is not possible, you can cover it with a piece of thick paper or cardboard to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during printing
- Make sure the heat seal tape does not touch the leatherette as you may tear it off when peeling it off

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated as for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 160 °C
- Protects the non-sublimatable parts of the flap with paper and keep them out of the press
- Place the flap on the base of the press and the printed paper on the flap. Fix it with heat adhesive tape
- Make sure that the adhesive heat tape does not touch the leather-like fabric of the wallet because you could tear it off when you peel it off
- Close the press with medium pressure for 80 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimed wallet
- Carefully peel off the paper
