RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
CUP GRIDDLE
Print the design in mirror mode
Preheat the press to 180 ºC
Place the printed side of the paper around the cup and fix it with heat adhesive tape
Insert the aluminium mould into the glass
Place the glass in the press for mugs and close it for 120-160 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the beaker as soon as it is sublimated
Carefully remove the glass from the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the oven to 180°C
Place the printed part of the paper on the glass and stick it with thermal adhesive tape
Insert the aluminium mould into the glass
Place the cup inside a heat shrink bag and use the stripping gun to adhere the bag to the printed paper on the glass
Place the glass in the oven for 8-10 minutes
With the help of a protective glove, remove the heat shrink mould immediately. It is important to do this while hot. If it is not possible to remove it, reheat it for a few minutes at 200 ºC
Carefully remove the bag and the paper from the glass

<li>Place the glass in the oven for <span class="azul-negrita">8-10 minutes</span></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the heat shrink mould immediately. It is important to do this while <strong>hot</strong>. If it is not possible to remove it, reheat it for a few minutes at <span class="azul-negrita">200 ºC</span></li>
<li>Carefully remove the bag and the paper from the glass</li>
