DESCRIPTION

• Mesh at the top of the hat to facilitate air passage and breathability
• Velcro strips to adjust to the head diameter
• Decorative coloured trim at the top
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, textile vinyl, transfer, UV DTF and embroidery

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Cover the trim with protective paper and leave the velcro out of the press to avoid burning it during sublimation

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Maximum washing temperature: 40 ºC
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Air dry
• Do not iron

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Cover the velcro with protective paper
• Place the hat on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the hat
• Close the press at a medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed hat
• Carefully remove the paper
