RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Heat the press to 200 ºC
  • Place the coin purse on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the coin purse. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
  • Ensure the zipper is outside the press to avoid damage or staining during sublimation
  • Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35-40 seconds
  • Use a protective glove to remove the freshly sublimated coin purse
  • Carefully remove the paper
  • Wait for it to cool down and repeat the process to sublimate the other side
