INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS
Parameters provided are indicative. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design on paper in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Secure the printed side of the paper onto the white side of the board using heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Place the board with the printed paper on the lower plate of the press
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated board
- Carefully remove the printed paper
- Let the board cool down with weight on top to prevent it from losing flatness or warping
