DESCRIPTION

• Ideal as a keepsake or personalised gift for special occasions such as communions, christenings...
• Operates with a smooth spinning mechanism on its central axis
• Only the white side of the aluminium plate is sublimable. The silver-coloured reverse is not sublimable
• Spinner base with adhesive to fix the plate after sublimation
• The spinners have metallic designs in various shapes. The dog-shaped ones are pink (Ref. 035480)

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable side of the plate has a protective film that must be removed before sublimation
• It is recommended to carefully attach the plate to the base. Once adhered, it may break if you try to remove it
• The round plate of Ø16.8 mm is slightly smaller than the keyring, but it adheres perfectly to its base

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the plate on the press base with the printed side of the paper on the plate
• Close the press with medium pressure for 40 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed plate
• Carefully remove the paper
